lol, its funny people are answering "yes" without even knowing. Anyways, as some of the people above have mentioned, its a 5 year eligibility program which leads to the Hall of Fame nomination, then a panel votes on it and finally the player is inducted. Jordan is obviously a lock as a Hall of Famer so its a no-brainer, however he still has to be eligible, which as pointed out earlier, might be this year.
